What a week this has been. My senior students have entered the world of blogging. Honestly, I wondered whether this would be a success. There were a few rumblings in the crowd about disliking the blog idea, but we pushed forward, and I'm happy to say we survived week one.
Overall, our blogs are looking good. We have our privacy settings set up and have posted our first blog. It has been interesting to watch as some students jumped right in and started learning how to post photos and select gadgets on their own. The most intriguing moment came when I observed how our students were helping each other.
Our next hurdle is to create posts that are memorable, specific, entertaining and error free. I'm counting on my students to pull through.
